  Securely pack the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all protective seals are intact and the Return Authorization code is clearly marked.

  Ship to Clinic

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our specialists inspect the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
